  • Standard Process | A Whole Foods Supplement Company | Spring 2023 - Fall 2023

    As a Product Marketing Intern, I was able to help support go-to-market strategies by conducting market research and competitive research. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop messaging in future internship campaigns and review marketing materials. Additionally, I helped assist the e-commerce team by contributing to content efforts, including helping out on video testimonials, assisting in photoshoots, and even participated in merch giveaway content.

  • Costa Rica | Winter 2023 - Spring 2024

    During my study abroad experience, I had the opportunity to create video, photo and live stream content that was shared with a growing audience. This hands-on work not only sharpened my technical skills in tools like Adobe and Canva —but also fueled personal and interpersonal growth. Collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds gave me a deep respect for other cultures and perspectives, shaping the way I communicate and create today.
